In partnership with the Wisconsin Center of Investigative Journalism, Here and Now looks to Rock County this week and the impact this decision has on the thousands of unemployed workers living there, speaking with Bob Borremans, the Executive Director of Southwest Wisconsin's Workforce Development Board.
